Permitted Payments

• Rent: Calculated as Rent Per Week X 52 Weeks / 12 months


• Refundable Tenancy Deposit: Equivalent to Five weeks rent when total rent is under £50,000. Six weeks rent when total rent is over £50,000.


• Refundable Holding Deposit: Equivalent 1 weeks rent.


• Payments to Change the Tenancy: £50, if agreed by the landlord.


• Fee for Replacement of a Lost Key/Security Device: £36
